The Greater Rochester Parent Leadership Training Institute announces a new course!July 17 2012
The Parent Leadership Training Institute (PLTI) is a national family civics model, with a 30-year track record in providing parents the knowledge and tools of civic engagement to expand parental involvement in local decision-making. The PLTI course will start in September 2012.
