Child and Adult Care Food Program

Child and Adult Care Food Program

How it Works

Participating in CACFP helps you serve nutritious meals to the children in your care! Serve meals and snacks according to the CACFP guidelines.
Record your menus and attendance every day.
Submit your menus at the end of each month.
Your CACFP reimbursement is issued on the 15th of each month, which helps you with food costs.
You are already serving nutritious meals. Join CACFP today and receive an average reimbursement of $80-$100 per child/per month (depending on child attendance)

We make being in CACFP easy!

We come to your home to sign you up and give you everything you need to be successful in the food program.

Easy and efficient online menu record keeping option is available with Accutrak.

Paper menus are also available with easy to use menu and attendance forms, all in a binder just for you.

Receive your monthly CACFP reimbursement on the 15th every month with Direct Deposit (checks mailed on the 15th each month if you prefer).

Come join our CACFP family and receive support, nutrition information, and a monthly reimbursement to help you with your food costs. Contact Laurie Haley (585) 654-4753. [email protected]
