Part-Time Floater

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Part-Time Floater at Rich Beginnings Child Care Center in Rochester, NY. As a floater, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of age groups, allowing you to make a positive impact on the lives of young children while being part of a supportive and nurturing environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities
Provide a safe and caring environment for children
Help with mealtimes, nap times, and playtime
Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
