Child Care Council recognizes the pivotal role that mental health plays in the daily lives of individuals, communities, and families.

Connected to our commitment to strengthen families, our mental health clinic serves children, and adolescents (ages 3 to 18), and their caregivers. By working closely with the child, family, and others, we provide a wide variety of mental health services, tailored to each person’s unique strengths and needs.

Comprehensive Team-Based Care

We use a team approach that brings together the expertise of multiple specialists to help our clients improve their social and emotional well-being. Our clinical team works together to help children and youth facing a range of issues, including:

Our Approach to Emotional Well-Being

Our team provides research-based, trauma-responsive, inclusive, and compassionate care – including affirming care to those in the LGBTQ+ community – to improve individual and family functioning.

Individualized Care Services 

We offer outpatient individual, family, and group therapy in our clinic and via telehealth. In addition, our psychiatric services include initial evaluation for medication and ongoing medication support.

Insurance

Child Care Council Clinic participates with a variety of Commercial and Managed Care Plans.  Please see below for a list of insurance plans we currently accept.  Plan participation is subject to change.

No family will be denied care due to lack of insurance coverage.  We offer a sliding fee schedule based on income and family size for uninsured or underinsured clients.  If you do not see your insurance provider in our list please contact our office or your insurance company to discuss out of network coverage or plan participation.

Cancellation of Appointments

If you cannot attend a scheduled session, please call us promptly to cancel or reschedule at (585) 652-8080. We kindly ask for 24-hours notice of cancellations so we can use this time to serve others.
