Amanda Ronkko, MHC – Intern, brings experience working with children in a school setting to her role as a clinician. She has training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Infant Mental Health. Amanda is set to complete her Masters in Mental Health Counseling by May 2026.
She works with children and teens ages 3-18, focusing on Child Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques. Her therapeutic approach is supportive, collaborative, and warm. Amanda tailors her approach to each family’s needs in order to provide the best care. She believes that each individual within a child’s life can create a lasting impact on their future.
