View Our Training Courses

We offer individual classes, series classes, technical assistance, professional development/support series, and child development credential programs (CDA).

Courses are taught at Child Care Council offices or at your site for Child Care Centers. Our Course Calendar includes all of the training content areas that professionals need to maintain their NYS child care license or registration. Course schedules can also be found in our Course Calendar.

Child Care Council offices are located in Livingston, Monroe, and Wayne counties also offer SUNY Videoconference training for Child Care Providers. Information and registration is available via the SUNY videoconference link.

We also offer free Intensive Technical Assistance for all registered/licensed providers in our three counties. If you would be interested in having a specialist come to your program to assist you in improving the quality of care, please complete this application and mail or fax in to the Education Department at the Rochester office.
