We offer individual classes, series classes, technical assistance, professional development consultation, and the Child Development Associate Program (CDA). All of our classes include Continuing Education Units-CEU’s.

Courses are taught at Child Care Council offices or at your site for Child Care Centers. Our Course Calendar includes all of the training content areas that professionals need to maintain their NYS child care license or registration. Our staff can help you to determine what classes you need, and walk you through the registration process. We can also direct you to any additional requirements for your type of program and inform you of any financial assistance that may be available.

Child Care Council offices are located in Livingston, Monroe, and Wayne counties. We also host New York State SUNY Videoconference training for Child Care Providers. Information and registration is available via the SUNY videoconference link. Click here.

We are delighted to now offer self-paced, online training courses, in addition to our in-person professional development classes. These online classes are available to individuals residing within zip codes in Monroe, Livingston, Wayne, Genesee and Orleans counties.
