Staff Picture

Parents as well as current and potential child care providers utilize Child Care Council’s professional staff for information ranging from how to find child care, to starting a program and becoming a licensed provider, to training on how to nurture each child’s unique physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development.

Programs within Child Care Council, Inc. are funded through the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, New York State Department of Health, Early Care & Learning Council,  local foundation grants and fee for service programs.

Child Care Council offers coordinated services to support child care programs, including a Professional Library, referral services, notary public, free fingerprinting waivers, and reduced cost business services including copier, fax machine, laminator, and the Rochester area’s best kept art and craft secret, The Recycle Shop.
