Bringing Yoga to the Classroom

Yoga is based on three main structures: exercise, breathing, and meditation. Participants will learn all the benefits of Yoga for children in their care. They will also participate in a variety of techniques which include poses, music, dance, and breathing to implement a fun creative program.
