To be responsible for the general supervision and management of the toddler classroom performing the duties necessary to provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating and educational environment for children. To be responsible for developing detailed lesson plans and classroom activities focusing on developmental areas such as but not limited to social, physical, emotional and cognitive development. To be responsible for adhering to all policies & procedures of Care-a-lot and the child care licensing regulations of the New York State Office of Children and Family Services. To be responsible for developing positive relationships with children, families and staff.
